many ways to improve its efficiency and reduce
its environmental impact. For 2019, systems
that are currently in development will:

we minimise the use of paper and sort and
recycle our office waste in our offices. In our
remarketing centres, we started to salvage the
paper left in returned printers and copiers, and
halved our paper use.

To decrease the emissions from work related
traveling and commuting, we encourage Skype
meetings and remote work where suitable.
In 2018, we installed videoconferencing
equipment in our offices, which helped to
reduce travel for international meetings.
Our Oslo office has e-bikes for any employee
to borrow; they are typically used to visit
clients. This is both quicker, and has a lower
