AND RESPONSIBLE MARKETING
Striving to be a great place for our employees
to work, we try to provide a safe working

treatment for all.
orientation, national origin, genetics, disability,
or age. Putting this positively, we only judge
employees based on ability and performance
With employees from many different countries
and continents, the workplace brings different
cultures and backgrounds together. We have
zero tolerance for any kind of discrimination

If inappropriate behaviour or discrimination are
identified, 3 Step IT is committed to take action.
Our Code of Conduct clearly explains our nondiscrimination approach and the channels that
employees can use to report incidents, which
now includes our new Whistleblower service.
It is our priority to keep our customers
satisfied. We measure customer satisfaction
at the beginning of our contractual relationship
and the end of a planned life cycle. In the End
of Lease survey, we ask customers to rate
how well the return, lease extension or buyout
process worked, and seek suggestions to
improve in the process. This open question
gives helpful ideas that we use to improve our
products and services.
To ensure responsible marketing and sales
communications, we centrally produce
communication materials that we review
annually. The marketing team develops
materials in collaboration with the development
team, especially Product Management. Whether
it is a fact sheet, brochure, information on
3StepIT.com, or centrally managed PowerPoint
materials, the facts are independently checked
before the item is finalised and published.
In our latest surveys at the end of 2018, 87%
rated the end-of-lease processes ‘excellent’,
or ‘good’. Overall, 90% were ‘totally’ or ‘fairly’
satisfied with our service. These scores reflect
our dedication to serve our customers well.
In 2018, there were no incidents of noncompliance concerning product and service
information or marketing communications.
