During 2020, we continued our digital transformation, ensuring that our operations
are scalable and world class.
During the early stages of the pandemic, our systems
successfully supported the rapid shift to home working
without interruption, testament to the work of our IT team
in previous years. A key enabler for efficient remote work
was moving to a cloud-based workplace solution during
2019, a move which ensured continuity and supported
employee collaboration throughout the pandemic. Over
the last year, we have demonstrated that we are prepared
to keep critical systems and resources operational even in
