Chief Executive O昀케cer's Review
We have made steady progress with our mediumterm strategy against a backdrop of ongoing global
uncertainty. We are delivering incremental revenue
from our growth initiatives, winning new logos and
achieving more e昀케cient delivery of services through our
Language eXperience Delivery platform. This progress
has partially mitigated the impact of a challenging
market environment which has led to reduced activity
in several end markets.
Our clients come 昀椀rst and we are proud to continue
to have high retention rates and see further
improvements to our Net Promoter Score. As we look
ahead to the coming year and beyond, we will continue
to invest in our AI-powered products and services and
help guide clients through their own AI journey.
