Cancel/reschedule a class at any time, with the following conditions:
Written notification of cancellation and/or rescheduling is required and
should be submitted by email or fax.
We encourage substitutions at any time if an employee cannot attend a class.
Cancellations are FREE thirty (30) days prior to class. Call your account
representative if you are within the thirty-day window for cancellation fees
or opportunities to reschedule.
Courses may be rescheduled at anytime FREE of charge unless it is within
seven (7) days of class at which time a reschedule fee is assessed.
If a training class is canceled by Projections Consulting, Inc. for any
reason, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled class.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Projections Consulting, Inc. will run classes on all but
the most severe weather days. To inquire if your class has been canceled or
delayed due to inclement weather, please call (757) 220‐9699.
However, if we are open during difficult weather, travel is up to the discretion
of the student.
