We have today presented the annual report for
Industriens Pensionsforsikring A/S for the
financial year 1 January to 31 December 2022.
We recommend that the annual report be
adopted at the Annual General Meeting.
Copenhagen, 7 March 2023
The annual report is presented in accordance
with the Financial Business Act.
In our opinion, the annual financial statements
give a fair presentation of the company's assets
and liabilities, and financial position as well as its
results.
Furthermore, in our opinion, the management's
review provides a true review of the
development of the activities and financial
situation of the company as well as a description
of the most significant risks and uncertainty
factors that may influence the company.
