Important to Know:
Information entered in WCX typically takes 30-60 mins to
update to the Camp Home* in YL Connect.
Online payments utilizing the registration page or payment
link will be automatically applied to each Registrant’s
Outstanding Balance.
.If someone registers and initially pays by Cash/Check
(Offline) payment the Area will need to manually
“Complete” the Offline payment when the Cash/Check is
physically received. (See Contents p. 51).
All future Cash/Check (Offline) payments will not be
automatically recorded in WCX. The Area will need to
enter this information by using the Add Payment feature
(See Contents p. 48).
