In the 1970’s through the 1980’s,
University High football played their
games at the Bernie Moore Track
Stadium in the shadows of the Pete
Maravich Assembly Center and Tiger
Stadium.
Friday night lights are now played
in the shadows of Alex Box Stadium
at the UHS Cub Complex off
Gourrier road. With the expansion of
Champions Corner on the horizon,
we hope to create many more
wonderful memories like the ones
from years ago at Bernie Moore!
The renovated Cub Complex will
enhance our central hub for University
Laboratory School students, parents,
grandparents, and alumni from all
over the country. In this venue, Cubs
take part in experiences that facilitate
their personal, academic, and athletic
growth.
