Sharing Health Form Links (Camp Home)
Important to Know:
Option 1: (Recommended)
o Use the Send Customized Email button from the Camp Trip
Campaign page on Camp Home.
o This email example (click to view) contains a link to the online
Health Consent Form with a Registrant ID and Access Code
that links to the appropriate Camper/Leader for this Camp Trip.
o This will automatically sync this information between the two
systems resulting in less manual work for the Area!
Option 2:
o Direct people to healthform.younglife.org to use the
“Don’t have a Registrant ID” button.
o This will not link the information between the two systems! The
Area will need to manually update the status for each
Camper/Leader on the Arrival Form.
o You can use paper Health & Consent Forms, found on this page.
