COURSE & DESCRIPTION
VENDOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
This course has been designed to equip participants with the skills and techniques required to establish
more successful commercial relationships with vendors who provide the products and services required to
successfully deliver an organization’s programs and projects.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
As a discipline, DE&I is any policy or practice designed to make people of various backgrounds feel
welcome and ensure they have support to perform to the fullest of their abilities in the workplace. In this
class, we will discuss and learn why diversity, equity, and inclusion matter in the workplace and what's your
role in the organization.
LEADING CHANGE
This course students will work to overcome the problems encountered when making changes in the
organization. Students will learn how to examine the transition process and to understand their own and
others, needs and responses to each phase.
LISTENING: THE FORGOTTEN SKILL
This course explores the art of active listening, emphasizing its significance in communication and building
relationships. This course introduces some practical techniques to improve listening abilities, foster
understanding, empathy, and better connections with others in the workplace and beyond.
WORKING WELL UNDER PRESSURE
Most employees are routinely told they must work smarter, faster, better, longer, and harder. The
workplace holds many potential stressors. To perform well under pressure, employees must develop stress
management skills. This class introduces many techniques to lessen the pressure you feel each day at work.
DEMAND MANAGEMENT
The main purpose of the demand management process is to analyze, anticipate and influence the demand
by the customers for services and the process by which adequate capacity to satisfy the demand is
provisioned. In this class, students will learn some techniques to get ahead of the curve. Demand
management is about anticipating what consumers want, reading signs, and adapting accordingly.
MANAGING, GUIDING AND SUPPORTING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
This course helps managers to prepare for a formal performance meeting, identify the value of the
employee, and continuously work toward developing, supporting, and guiding the employee to reach their
full potential. The goal is to bring out the best in every employee and align it with the organization's longterm vision and mission.
