Mobile Check-in App WCX (Optional)
Important to Know:
o WCX does have an optional Check-In App on RegFox that can
be used to check Registrants in “at the bus” with several
important timing and sync issues to remember:

The Arrival Form or the registration packet is the required
documentation and source of truth for communicating
Registrant information with the camp office, prior to arrival.
A combination of cellular and/or WiFi connectivity will be
required for certain features.
Registrants checked in using WCX can take a minimum of 30-60
mins to appear as Checked In on the Arrival Form.
Expect 1-to-2-minute delays in syncing between multiple phone,
tablet, and computer devices while checking Registrants in.
o There will be set-up work that will need to be completed to
prepare the App for use prior to the departure day:

Downloading the WCX/RegFox Check-In App
Customizing the settings
Training everyone who will be using the App
