Important to Know:
After Camp
o After your camp trip is completed, it’s time to clean up your data and
trip views on Webconnex by Archiving past trips.
o Record All Payments & Credits:
It’s a best practice to record all payments and credits to get to a $0 balance
for each participant for record keeping, history, and budgeting
o Now that you have all these campers and leaders as Contacts in YL
Connect these actions will help maximize your ministry and relational
engagement in your Area! Do this by:
Creating a Ministry Affiliation for each Contact record
Creating Contact Location Affiliations (School/Community)
Establish a Leader Relationship for each kid
Add High School Graduation Year and note the Location where Seniors will
be going in the fall
