Snowflake Sipper
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon caramel sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup skim milk (you can also use non-dairy milk)
2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream or other cream liquor (optional)
optional: whipped cream
Optional: blue sugar
Instructions
1. Stir the chocolate, caramel, vanilla, milk and Baileys or other creamy liquor together in a microwave-safe mug or glass. Heat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds until piping hot.
2. Remove from the microwave and stir to make sure all the chocolate and caramel has thoroughly
melted.
3. Dip the top of the glass into wet paper towel then dip into blue sugar to rim glass. Top with
whipped cream.

Yummy Hamburger Veggie Soup
1 pound of hamburger fried and drained
1 medium onion diced
2 tablespoons beef broth stock powder or to taste (use your favorite brand)
½ tablespoon onion broth stock powder
6 cups of water
3 carrots cut into chunks
5 medium white potatoes, washed, chunked with skin on
1 celery stalk cut small
¼ tsp red pepper (optional)
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Original seasoned salt (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 to 4 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water.
Instructions
1. In a large pot fry the hamburger and onions, then drain the fat off.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cornstarch mixture.
3. Mix cornstarch and water. When Veggies are fully cooked add this mixture slowly into lightly boiling soup until
you reach your desired gravy soup thickness. Mix more if needed. We like it a little less than table gravy thickness.
