City Boomtown Museum. Located on the Lamar University campus, this
museum is a replica of the 1901 boomtown that sprung up during the oil
boom in Beaumont. This venue offers 14 different replica buildings and a
conventional meeting room to accommodate your group. Re-enactments
can be arranged including: an old-fashioned shoot-out, dancing,
blacksmithing and more.
