Warehousing
We receive, store, pick, pack and
deliver goods on time and in full
to our customers. We operate high
standards of hygiene within our
warehousing environment to ensure
goods are kept clean, without
damage. We manage thousands of
products, ensuring everything has
a place and stock records are kept
accurate. We pride ourselves in
ensuring operational efficiencies and
are compliant to ISO9000, BRC &
FSC Certified Standards in many
of our operations. We work with
all departments across the
organisation, operating with high
standards ensuring our customer
service is ‘Best in Class’.
Logistics
We pride ourselves on ensuring
we deliver on time, in full, every
time. We have a mixture of
capabilities offering our own inhouse fleet of vehicles, branded
in the business livery. Our drivers
are polite, friendly and trained in
customer service excellence.
We strive to ensure our vehicles
are presentable and clean at all
times. We have contracts with
third party service and logistics
providers and utilise external
carriers where needed.
Sales Team
Our Sales team are the direct link
between our customers and the
solutions we provide. Our team build
strong lasting relationships focused
heavily around fully understanding our
customers needs and providing credible
solutions, adding value to their business.
We pride ourselves on being a business
partner that provides a consultative
approach, ensuring Zeus are the only
packaging supply partner that our
customers want to work with. Our aim
is to maintain and develop existing
business whilst driving ongoing growth.
The sales process will touch every
part of the business. Communication
is key to ensure that every customer’s
experience is aligned with our
expectations on every order.
Internal Sales and
Customer Service
Our Internal Sales and Customer
Services teams are critical to ensuring
our customers’ needs are seamlessly
transitioned through our business. We
are the first point of call, answering the
phone with a friendly voice, listening,
and understanding the needs and
liaising with colleagues across all
departments. We pride ourselves on
getting it right first time and notifying
the customer of any delays or
challenges, policing pricing and ensure
our gross margins are in line with
business expectations. We are here to
ensure our customers enjoy the best
experience with Zeus and keep
coming back to us with their business
