CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Yes! We can customise your gifts, and love helping
you build the perfect gift every time! We can tailor
any of our gifts to suit you or the recipients'
preferences, or simply give us a brief and budget
and we will create you a selection of options to
choose from.
WHERE ARE MY TRACKING DETAILS
You can find your tracking details on your invoice;
this is sent out as soon as your gift is picked up by
our carrying partners. Keep an eye on it! We try
our best to monitor the gifts we send however if you
notice that the parcel hasn't been delivered on
time, please let us know so we can enquire to the
courier team on your behalf.
