At Nia Tero, we've stated our commitment to
grow our team to majority Black, Indigenous,
and People of Color (BIPOC) to truly reflect
not just our work, but our world, as well.
Therefore it is part of our strategy and organization capacity to
expand and diversify our team, and follow through in this work.
