Hospital Expansion | MEMORIAL HERMANN SUGAR LAND HOSPITAL | Sugar Land, Texas
Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital Expansion consisted of construction of a five-story patient bed tower with 30
medical/surgical patient rooms, 16 ICU rooms, 14 IMU rooms, 2 endoscopy and 1 bronchoscopy rooms and support
services including dietary, education, PACU, pharmacy. Level 5 of the tower remains in a shelled condition. This project
also included the construction of a two-story central processing department addition located in the existing loading dock
area. Renovations within the existing hospital included the construction of new surgery locker rooms, shell space for four
future operating rooms and lab reconfigurations.
