The Project Executive is responsible for the ultimate success of the project delivery and managing the resources
of the project management team. They have overall responsibility for all of the day-to-day activities of the
project delivery process, point of contact for communications with the Owner and facilitating the project
management team and process including managing budget, schedule, quality, team behavior and expectations.
