We asked a few of the departments throughout Rihm about goals, focuses or changes
that are coming in 2025 for their department that customers can get excited about.
FULL SERVICE
PARTS
LEASE & RENTAL

We will continue to focus on
finding homes for the trucks we
have available now to lease or rent.

We'll keep setting ourselves
apart from our competition by
providing regular, in-person
check-ins with our full service
lease customers in the new year.

Exciting news! Our Owatonna
facility just completed a remodel
& we're moving to a brand-new
location in Durand this month!
■ We are working on
creating a consistent
experience for our customers
at all dealership locations.

■ We are excited to have a
new Sales Manager joining
the parts team.
■
■ In conjunction with
PACCAR Parts – we will be
hosting multiple events to
promote innovation, training
& customer relations across
all Rihm rooftops.
MARKETING
In 2025 we are looking
forward to interest rates
decreasing & market
conditions normalizing.
We will be expanding our
sales force in our metro locations
to increase our overall coverage
& availability for customers.

We will have a great
selection of new trucks in
inventory including some that
are sleepers, daycab tractors,
dump trucks & more!
SERVICE
■
Our brand-new website, designed
with your needs in mind, rolls out this
spring. It will provide easier access to
products, services & updates.
■ We are implementing
competitive promotions in 2025.

■ All dealership locations
will now be CARB certified.
We will continue to create
engaging video content on our
YouTube channel, covering topics like
equipment unboxings, installation
tutorials & team/product insights.

We are committed to improving

TRUCK SALES
■ It is our goal for all dealership
locations to obtain Kenworth
Premier Gold Certification in 2025.
■ Remote diagnostics is
expanding so it will now be
possible for us to pull fault
codes without the truck
needing to come into the shop.
