In this issue we feature the world-renowned landmark, Battersea Power Station, which has opened to

retailers including; Nike, Uniqlo, Mulberry, Hugo Boss, Theory, Mango, Battersea Bookshop, a new
neighbourhood bookstore from Stanfords, and many more.
We highlight the internal brick and faience restoration packages which rank as one of Szerelmey’s most
special projects. The size and scale of the project alone, which continued for 3 years transforming a
derelict shell into a vibrant space.
On page 15 we feature the fibrous plastering and lime plastering carried out by Artisan at the Grand
Hotel in Birmingham. Artisan are named as winner of the Heritage Plastering category of the Finishes
& Interiors Sector (FIS) 2022 Contractors Awards.
Ecology and economics go hand in hand and Clement Steel Windows explore ways to increase the

increased costs, it is worth noting that old windows and doors can be among the most common causes
