No bonus schemes or performance-related pay agreements are linked to the employment of either the Board of
Management or other employees with significant influence on the risk profile. No allowances for new
employments or resignations were paid in 2022. Remuneration is not paid to members of the Board of
Management for board positions in other companies in the group.
Salaries and other remuneration for individual members of the Board of Directors are disclosed in the
remuneration report on the company’s website.
