Employee health and wellbeing
We ensure our employees have access to our expert wellbeing hub; providing guidance,
24-hour support, one-to-one counselling and learning opportunities.
The health and wellbeing of our colleagues is of paramount importance.
We know that people who feel looked after and supported by their
employer are more likely to stay and thrive with that employer. Through
Talk, every Sodexo employee has access to a range of services including
an Employee Assistance Programme through which people can access
counselling and legal and financial advice; life assurance and pension
support; access to a 24/7 virtual GP, will writing, wellbeing training, and
mental health support services

We have also introduced YuLife, a health and
wellbeing-focused employee benefits app.
Colleagues can earn credits, known as YuCoin,
by undertaking various activities from step

vouchers or donated to charitable organisations.
