Observations for teachers
This task is designed to familiarise students with key
vocabulary related to personal information in forms.
Students are not expected to be able to ask and
answer questions but rather to recognise key
information being requested. Teachers may draw
attention to aspects of the form that reflect cultural
differences, as for example the use of two surnames
in Italy.
