Burn-Easy recommends that its incinerators be installed in accordance with
local codes and ordinances. If on-site testing is required, it is the responsibility
of the purchaser. Outside installation is recommended. Inside installations may
have special insurance requirements. Factory must be advised. Seller shall
not be liable for any injury or damage to person(s) or property or any other
incidental or consequential damages.
