Simon Hagmann was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland. He
started musicals when he was 6 years old and then started as a
ballet dancer when he was 12. After stopping ballet for 3 years,
due to contemporary dance training, he moved to Sarasota,
Florida in 2019 to train with the Sarasota Cuban Ballet School,
under the direction of Ariel Serrano. He moved back to Geneva in
2021 to train with the Area Jeune Ballet, under the teaching of
Yvette Regueiro and Juan Enrique Jimenez Sanchez. He is excited
to be part of his second season with Kentucky Ballet Theatre and
first time performing in Ballet Under the Stars.
Nanami Hiyamizu, Company

Nanami Hiyamizu was born in Japan, and started her training at
the age of five at the Niigata ballet school. She moved to the
United States in 2017 to begin her training at the Sarasota Cuban
Ballet School under the direction of Ariel Serrano, Wilmian
Hernandez, Delia Ballart and Tania Vergara.
She performed roles such as Flames of Paris (pas de deux), Diana
and Action (pas de deux). In 2021 she moved to Switzerland to
begin her training at the Area Jeune Ballet. She studied and
trained with Yvette Regueiro and Juan Enrique Jimenez Sanches.
This is Nanami’s second season with Kentucky Ballet Theater and
first time performing in Ballet Under the Stars.
Alexandra Montgomery, Company
From: Seattle, Washington

Alexandra Montgomery was born in Seattle, WA and began her
dance career at four years old. She studied at the Evergreen City
Ballet in the Seattle Metro area for 15 years under the direction of
Wade Walthall, Kevin Kaiser, Julie Tobiason, Louise Nadeau, and
Gillmer Duran and other notable Principal Dancers. There she
performed various solo roles such as Sugar Plum in "The
Nutcracker", Aurora in "Sleeping Beauty" and Swanhilda in
"Coppelia". Ms. Montgomery has attended Summer Intensive
Programs and Workshops at the Evergreen City Ballet, Northwest
Dance Project in Portland, OR and at the Joffrey Ballet in NYC.
Ms. Montgomery has choreographed multiple classic and
contemporary pieces for the Evergreen City Ballet, as well as
performed for the DASS Company.
Alexandra Montgomery joined Kentucky Ballet Theatre in 2019 as
a trainee and was promoted to a Company dancer 2023. Some of
her favorite roles preformed with KBT have been Arabian Coffee
and Enchanted Clara in "The Nutcracker", the Wicked Witch in
"Wizard of Oz" and Mrs. Pots in "Beauty and the Beast". She has
also enjoyed preforming in various excerpts from shows such as
Dracula, Magic Garden and Don Juan.
