Application: Jointing cutterhead for coated,
veneered and uncoated wood base materials
such as chipboard, plywood and MDF, with and
against the feed (jump cutting).
Application: Porte-outils à calibrer pour dérivés
du bois avec ou sans revêtements: agglomérés,
contreplaqués et MDF, fraisage en avalant ou en
opposition (Intervention à deux temps).

Technical information: Light alloy body ensuring
lower vibration, lower power consumption, lower
engine wear and noise reduction. Replaceable
polycrystalline diamond knives (DP) for better
management and profitability of the tool. With
high alternated shear angle and efficient chip
clearance for better finishing quality on both
board edges with sensitive coatings. Body design
and cutters arrangement suitable for the various
edge banding equipment’s.
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en alliage
léger, ce qui permet une réduction des vibrations,
la diminution de la consommation d’énergie, l’augmentation de la durée de vie du moteur et réduction du bruit. Tranchants en diamant polycristallin
(DP) interchangeable pour une plus grande rentabilité de l’outil. Avec élevé angle d’axe pour une
optimisation du drainage des copeaux, ce qui
garantit une excellente finition sur les surfaces du
panneau avec des revêtements sensibles. Forme
du corps et disposition de la denture propre pour
les plusieurs plaqueuses de chants.
