Helicoidal planing cutterhead

Application: For rough planing of solid wood
or finishing operation with subsequent sanding.
Machine: For moulders, four side moulders, etc.
Technical information: Steel or light alloy body,
supplied with four edges reversible knives in
tungsten carbide (HW). Helicoidal body design
for higher chip clearance. Knives axial position
reduces cutting effort and provides smoother
cutting and noise reduction. Ø125 mm cutterhead
can work with guide cutterhead 527.101.
Application: Porte-outils hélicoïdales à rabotage
pour le dégrossissage du bois massif ou l’opération de finition avec ponçage ultérieur.
Machine: Pour moulurières, machines multifaces, etc.
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en acier
ou aluminium, fourni avec couteaux réversibles
de quatre coupes en métal dur (HW). Corps en
forme hélicoïdale pour une évacuation optimisée
des copeaux. La disposition des couteaux en
spirales avec angle axial, permet une réduction
de l’effort de coupe, déchiquetage aisé et réduction du niveau du bruit. Porte-outil de Ø125 peut
travailler avec porte-outil de guide 527.101.
