Jointing, chanfering and rounding cutterhead

Application: For jointing and edge rounding/
chamfering for solid wood, coated, veneered and
uncoated wood base materials such as chipboard,
plywood, MDF, etc. Adjustable to different piece
thickness.
Application: Pour dresser et arrondir/chanfreiner
le bord sur la piece de bois, dérivés du bois avec
ou sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués,
MDF, etc. Jeu ajustable à différentes épaisseurs
de pièces.
Machine: For moulders, double end tenoners,
single spindle moulder, etc.
Machine: Pour moulurière, corroyeuses, toupies,
etc.
Technical information: Cutterhead with steel
body, two edges reversible knives and profiled
chamfering or rounding knives in tungsten
carbide (HW). Chamfering and rounding cutterhead supplied without knives being able to
mount different radius knives (R2 - R3 - R4 - R5
- 5x45º e R6 - R8 - R10 - 10x45º). Adjustment of
different cutting heights with the use of spacers
(not included). Body prepared for manual feed
equipment (MAN).
Caractéristiques techniques: Porte-outils
avec corps en acier, plaquettes réversibles
de deux coupes et profilées en carbure (HW).
Outil à arrondir et à chanfreiner est fourni sans
plaquettes pour montage de plaquettes avec
différents rayons (R2 - R3 - R4 - R5 - 5x45º e R6 R8 - R10 - 10x45º). Différentes hauteurs de coupe
réglable par utilisation de bagues de réglages
intercalaires (fournis sur demande). Le corps est
conçu pour avance manuel (MAN).
