Application: Multi-profile cutterhead for solid
wood in longitudinal direction of the fiber. Allows
execution of different profiles tailored according
customer request.
Machine: For moulders with HSK 85 WE interface
(ex. Weinig Powermat, etc.).
Technical information: Steel body for mounting
1,6 mm pitch corrugated knives in high speed
steel (HS), tungsten carbide (HW) or coated high
speed steel (HS-Premium) of 8 and 10 mm thickness. Allows the use of knives from 40 to 70 mm
height, depending on the desired profile depth.
To ensure correct balancing of the tool, use knives
of the same weight.
Application: Porte-outils multiprofil pour bois
dans le sens longitudinal de la fibre. Couteaux
profilables selon le souhait du client.
Machine: Pour moulurières avec interface HSK
85WE (Weinig Powermat, etc.).
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en acier
pour le montage de couteaux crantés au pas de
1,6 mm en acier rapide (HS), carbure (HW) ou
acier rapide revêtu (HS-Premium) de 8 et 10 mm
d'épaisseur. Permet l'utilisation de couteaux de 40
à 70 mm de hauteur, en fonction de la profondeur
de profil souhaitée. Pour assurer un équilibrage
correct de l'outil, utiliser des couteaux de même
poids.
