Application: Multi-profile cutterhead for solid
wood in longitudinal direction of the fiber. Allows
execution of different profiles tailored according
customer request.
Application: Porte-outils multiprofil pour bois
dans le sens longitudinal de la fibre. Couteaux
profilables selon le souhait du client.
Machine: For moulders, etc.
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en acier et
système de serrage hydro intégré, pour une meilleure concentricité. Pour le montage de couteaux
crantés au pas de 1,6 mm en acier rapide (HS),
carbure (HW) ou acier rapide revêtu (HS-Premium), d’une épaisseur de 8 mm ou 10 mm.
Hauteur de couteaux de 50 mm a 70 mm selon
la profondeur du profil souhaitée par le client.
Porte-outils livrés sans couteaux. L’utilisation de
bague de sécurité Réf. 724.404 est obligatoire.
Pour assurer un équilibrage correct de l'outil
utiliser des couteaux de même poids.
Technical information: Steel body and integrated
hydro bore ensuring bigger concentricity between
knives. To use 1,6 mm pitch back serrated knives
in high speed steel (HS), tungsten carbide knives
(HW) or coated high speed steel (HS-Premium)
with 8 or 10 mm thickness. To use knives from 50
to 70 mm height depending on pretended profile
depth. Use of safety ring 724.404 is obligatory. To
ensure correct balancing of the tool use knives of
the same weight. Tool supplied without knives.
