Talking to your Team | Distributor Success Guide
The Betterware Dashboard has a specific section
where you are able to communicate with your Team
Leader and/or Team, even if you do not know their
personal contact details.
Log in to your Betterware Dashboard at
‘Communications’ on the lefthand menu and select ‘Open
BW Messaging’ on the dropdown menu. This will open a
‘Betterware Messaging’ screen.
All of your contacts are preloaded into the system. Simply
select the recipient(s) using the
‘Search user/lists’ button on
the right-hand side. Type your
message and then click the
send button at the bottom.
As a Distributor you can message your Team Leader
for support, share successes and even helpful tips;
and they can respond directly. While you are waiting
for them to make contact with you why not send
them a quick message to introduce yourself.
As a Team Leader, you should be in regular
contact with all of your Team Members - at least
weekly but ideally two or three times a week,
and you can use BW Messaging to do this easily.
Some Team Members will require higher levels of
support and input, whereas others will happily work
independently and a quick catch-up is all that’s
needed. Sharing best practices and recognising
your team members is always good to see and with
the messaging system, it is really quick to do.
Messages that you send will appear in the ‘Outbox’
(click on the tab at the top of the page) and
messages you receive will appear in the ‘Inbox’.
It’s a good idea to check for new messages every
couple of days so that you do not miss anything
