Delivery day - Your order will be delivered within 5
working days after placing it.
Occasionally there are delays in the courier system
that are beyond our control (for example over
Bank Holiday weekends and during busy seasonal
periods); we endeavour to keep distributors
informed and updated as soon as we are aware of
any potential hiccups. We cannot request updates
until your delivery is 48 hours late.
Our current courier is DHL. With DHL you have the
option to receive your delivery at your address, or
if you are not going to be in to leave it in a named
location (for example with a friendly neighbour –
please ask their permission). You will also get a two
hour delivery slot.
Your order may arrive in one or more boxes.
Check that you have received the correct order.
There is no delivery note or paperwork included in
the box – a copy of your order can be found in

credit in good faith and get it investigated.
The investigation will involve reviewing the
camera footage of your box being packed.
The credit will be added to your account,
your invoice will reflect the new amount
which will allow you to pay it promptly.

been claimed being packed into the
box, we will share that footage and remove

Once you receive the goods please check your
order against the delivery note.
Please note we require any missing item claims
within 3 days after you receive the goods. So it’s
important that you check through your order once
you receive it.
Now that your order has arrived then it will need
putting into customer specific bags then delivering.
You can use carrier bags for this or a growing
number of distributors are now delivering without
carrier bags. It’s environmentally friendly and avoids
any possible carrier bag charges.
Collect your payment from your customers in cash.
