The most likely explanation is that your catalogues
have been sent in a separate parcel, and that the
parcels have become separated in transit. Normally
this just means that it has been held up in a depot
and will be delivered the next day.

A missing item is classed as something that you
have ordered and been invoiced for, but you have
not received in your delivery. We apologise but our
packing team are human, and sometimes mistakes
are made. Please request a missing items form,
fill this in and return. The missing item will either
be sent out separately, or a credit applied to your
account. Please note that fraudulent claims for
missing items will result in the termination of your
account. (Please see returns section).
A customer no longer wants their order/an item
from their order.
You can either keep the item(s) to resell to another
customer (this is the easier option with popular
products) or place a return on your dashboard (see
page 16 for steps on how to do this). A credit will be
applied to your account and you will need to send
the item back to us.
