Field
Fund
Field’s Philanthropic Priority
Field's strength comes from our shared commitment to the School’s mission and core values and the personal
investment of everyone in the community to support and steward our school. Philanthropy augments a
Field education by deepening educational opportunities and co-curricular activities. Creating a culture of
philanthropy—where families step forth to support Field through The Field Fund—builds community. The
annual support from parents, alums, faculty, trustees, and friends is vitally important to remain nimble and
adapt to our evolving educational experience and the needs of our students.
Thank You to The Field Fund Committee!
Parent volunteers make The Field Fund a success. We thank The Field Fund Committee for their
commitment and dedicated stewardship of our parent community in FY23. Their efforts made a difference,
and we are grateful for their help advancing Field’s mission.

Field Giving Week
In celebration of the Field at 50 milestone, the Advancement
Department proudly introduced Field Giving Week in November
2022. We were thrilled to see the enthusiastic participation of 139
generous donors, including a group of leadership donors, who
contributed $222,068. The week was filled with excitement and
altogether camaraderie, adding an inspiring dimension to the effort.
Parent Participation
Our parent community rallied with support, which led to a significant increase in participation during the
2022-23 school year. At the end of the school year, middle schoolers celebrated with a popsicle party on the
terrace, with applause to the Class of 2029 for reaching 100% participation.
