process. As they grow, Pepper capitalizes
on this connection to educate them about
possible career opportunities.
Kitchen Buildout Workshops: Field staff
from Pepper and Brown & Momen, Inc., a
frequent joint-venture partner, facilitated a
Kitchen Buildout Workshop at Dunbar High
School on Chicago’s South Side. These
hands-on programs bring real-life career
opportunities into focus
ACE Mentor Chicago: Since 2016,
Pepper has partnered with the Chicago
affiliate of the national design and
construction industry-sponsored
Architecture, Construction, Engineering
(ACE) Mentor Program. Students learn
directly from professionals and get
exposed to resources they can use to
build career pathways.
