opportunities for community members to
flourish and achieve a sustainable future.
Recruiting Programs
A diverse group of Pepper team members
attend recruiting fairs at a wide range
of colleges and universities. To expand
awareness and generate incremental
interest in our organization, we proactively
connect with minority student groups
and engineering-specific minority
organizations at these campuses to host
informal networking events in advance of
recruiting fairs.
