communities surrounding our
offices and larger jobsites.

National Rebuilding Day
MLK Day of Service
Pepper supports National
Rebuilding Day, a day set aside
annually for local communities
to assist low-income earners
in need of home repairs and
renovations.
During the Holiday season,
programs such as the Salvation
Army Angel Gift Tree gives
employees an opportunity to
purchase gifts for children in
need. In addition, offices have
hosted winter coat drives and
also make financial donations
to different local and regional
organizations each year.
