The Belfast Region City Deal unlocks £1bn of
transformative co-investment that will deliver more than
20 ambitious projects and programmes. It will create up to
20,000 new jobs and make the region a global investment
destination over the next decade – in 2030 and beyond.

central and local governments, and
the creativity and problem-solving
capabilities of our global experts.

ADVANCED MANUFACTURING
INNOVATION CENTRE (AMIC)
AMIC, a £100m project, is
reinvigorating Northern Ireland’s
industrial potential and addressing
the future technology and skills
challenges faced by the region’s
manufacturing sector.
It provides a specialised environment
for advanced manufacturing,
materials, and engineering sectors to
access the latest digital, automation
and robotics technology supported
by experienced engineers.
Its flagship facility, the Factory of the
Future, is set to open in 2026 and will
create innovative products, generate
jobs and build economic growth.
