Extended Hours: 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Ages 4.5 -13
(must be entering Kindergarten)
Fee: based on sliding scale.
(must show 2023 income tax returns)
$90-$150 Weekly

The Cardinal Shehan Center Summer
Camp Program offers campers a chance
to excel both academically and athletically in an emotionally supportive environment. Our qualified staff is committed to
providing a positive experience for your
child in a safe and comfortable setting.
Campers will have the opportunities to
use our facilities to the max: swimming,
arts and crafts, photography, computers,
music basketball, field sports, tennis,
health & fitness, and dance. We also offer
educational math and literacy classes
which are taught in a relaxed , fun atmosphere. These programs, run by certified
teachers help campers use their imaginations and stimulate their minds.

Grades K-5 (see opposite column for
grades 6-8) BYC Impact >
Sliding Scale-$10 to $40 per child per
week depending on household income.
Breakfast and Lunch provided
A $25 non-refundable registration fee is
requested.

serve basis.
Payment arrangements and scholarships
are available. The Lighthouse Program
brings together community sponsorship in
Bridgeport schools to provide students
with a safe and supportive environment
after school, and during the summer. The
program provides educational, cultural,
and recreational opportunities to Bridgeport’s students through a diversified approach to programming. It also includes
athletic and recreational activities designed to motivate participants.

A program designed specifically for 6th, 7th
and 8th graders. Sports, music, art, academics, community service, leadership opportunities and so much more. Offered at most
schools with a Lighthouse Program.

Some of our Camp’s most memorable
moments over the years have come during
our special events and field trips. Past
field trips have included trips to the
aquarium, science center, Roller skating
rinks, movie theater, Lake Compounce,
and much more!

Swim/Basketball Camp
August 12th-16th
Tutoring and Swim Lessons
The Center will be offering swim lessons and tutoring in the evening during
the summer months. If interested
