from a cat, supposedly being rescued, but it actually got catapulted over a
set of double garages. It was never seen again. To serious car crashes on
the M25. One had 30 vehicles involved, including a fuel tanker. Also, an
army truck, with the brakes on ore, carrying some rather explosive supplies.
The onal thing was three children stuck in a burning building while the
parents went to the local pub. All the children were saved but all had serious
burns. The oldest child was 6 years and the youngest was 18months. I did
seasonal gardening work. I worked for a Saudi Prince, but
no idea which one. I also worked for Robert (John) Parry
and Kenneth Noy. Both accused of being involved with the
Brinks Matt Gold Bullion robbery. I was also a roadie for
multiple bands, including Lulu, Spandau Ballet, Paul Young,
Leo Sayer, and loads of others. Went to some amazing
places, including Paris, Dublin, Belfast and many more. The
Royal Albert Hall is amazing front and backstage. But when
you get into the highest point and look down on a full
house - that9s an amazing sight. Party in the Park in London,
in front of 350,000 people, is another sight I will always
remember. The longest trip in one day was driving from
Cambridge Corn Exchange to Edinburgh. Did a full concert, then packed up
then drove back to Birmingham NEC for a memorial gig for Mike and the
Mechanics lead singer at the time (another Paul Young) who was lead singer
previously with Sad Cafe. In 2002 I was in between tours so went to see my
older brother in Australia. The immigration services thought I was going to
work there. My visitors visa was revoked and I was put in a class one prison
for a day. I was then escorted to the airport in a lovely and comfy police van.
Once I was escorted on the plane by 4 security guards, I was lucky enough to
ond I had the whole back row to myself. Luxury. I came to stay with my
Mum, Dad, and sisters 3 Wendy & Janet in Umberleigh. We then moved to
Kings Nympton, Bidgoods House, and had a
wonderful time there. I loved going in The Grove
with Rob and Debs. Mum & Dad became ill, Dad
with cancer and Mum with several ailments so we
moved to South Molton , just for easier access and
services. Got a job at Norbord, supposedly for a
month. 15 years later I took voluntary redundancy
and set up my own taxi service, with help from
Steve Right at Chulmleigh & Witheridge taxis. Just
had my fourth anniversary 3 So far so good!!
