Consolidate money
The Consolidate Money feature in PerNetFlow is used to:
● reallocate money from multiple ledgers to one other ledger;
● record the withdrawal of money, in multiple ledgers, from the checking account by means
other than writing a check.
To consolidate money, in the Consolidate Money window:
1. If needed, select the date the money is being consolidated.
2. Build the list of ledgers and amounts from which the money is being consolidated.
3. Select either:
a. the method used to withdraw the money from the checking account (circled in
red), or
b. the ledger to which the money is being added.
4. If needed, enter a memo.
