Entries for the FTMRC Hard Metal Awards 2025 will
open in early 2025. The Federation stands at the forefront
of the traditional, fully supported metal roofing and
cladding industry, offering practical, technical guidance
grounded in on-site experience. It provides the matrix
between manufacturers and suppliers to help drive up
standards and support training. If you believe you have
what it takes to deliver exceptional work, we encourage
you to reach out and showcase your talent. All members
of the FTMRC, their clients, architects and consultants
who have recently used an FTMRC member can supply
an entry to the 2025 FTMRC Hard Metal Awards by
providing the project details together with high resolution
photographs to info@ftmrc.co.uk.
The Crown of Thorns spire of St Michael's Parish Church
in Linlithgow, an iconic landmark known for its distinctive, sculptural form, has been restored. Completed in
May 2024, the installers restored the spire's original
golden hue, reminiscent of when it was first erected in
1964.
