Gluing the concepts in this article together was a team effort and I got serious
help from colleagues. Thanks to Nate Turner, Brad Hall, Wyatt Taylor, Frank
Murden, Pete Delos, Ed Woertz, Robin Getz, and Travis Collins. Dr. James Tsui’s
Digital Techniques for Wideband Receivers inspired and informed a good portion
of the content and I highly recommend the text to folks interested in getting into
the details.
