BEACHES IN CYPRUS
Cyprus is blessed with extensive beaches
with clear blue Mediterranean waters and
golden sands. There are beaches to suit
every mood and season, from full-on action
watersports to quiet, secluded bays. Did you
know that Cyprus has the most blue flag
beaches per coastline length in the world?
Pissouri Bay
Pissouri Bay
1
Aphrodite’s Rock
2
The closest lifeguard-manned beach
to the resort. The beach itself is a sand
pebble mix but the waters are crystal clear
and this lively bay has cafes, restaurants
and watersports aplenty. If you are lucky
enough you may see some turtles in late
Sept.
Great for: watersports
A good stop-off point for a quick dip and
an opportunity to test the fable that says if
you swim around the rock anti-clockwise
at midnight in your birthday suit, you will
achieve eternal youth. By day the sights
are less concerning and the waters are
clear with a sense of history, as this is
where Aphrodite is supposed to have risen
from the waves, naked, of course.
Great for: finding true
love!

White sands, calm sea and views of
Coral Bay Hotel pier make this the
perfect beach to unwind on. Set in a
small bay, there are plenty of good
snorkelling spots and a couple of
nice eateries if you fancy a bite to
eat. Just a 5 minute drive past Coral
Bay Beach, Paphos.
Great for: kids and
sand
A delightful bay and beautiful
sandy/pebble, child-friendly beach
with crystal clear water. Situated
in an idyllic, quiet location just 20
minutes from the Resort. Melanda
Beach Restaurant serves beautiful
fresh fish and other Cypriot cuisine.
Why not hitch a boat ride from
Pissouri Bay?
