DIVE INTO
POOL SEASON!
With warmer weather upon us, the
Avery Ranch Owners Association
wants you and your guests to enjoy
the facilities. Please take a moment
to review the pool rules.
The pool and amenity facilities may
only be used by Avery Ranch Owners
Association (AROA) residents and
their guests. Residents and guests use
the pool facilities at their own risk.
AROA assumes no responsibility for
accidents or injury. Five guests are
allowed per resident. Please make sure
that young children are properly supervised and no children under the age
of 12 will be allowed in the pool area at
any time unless supervised by a parent
or guardian over the age of 18.
Please refrain from running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct,
or noise, which disturbs the other
residents or guests.

permitted in the pool area at any time.
AROA is not responsible for any articles

(no oversized flotation devices please).
Residents are responsible for paying cleanup
expenses, repair costs, and damages caused
by either the resident or their guest(s).
Please use swim diapers only. No regular diapers are permitted at any time in the pool area.
The pool must be evacuated during lightning
or contamination (which should be immediately reported to the management company)
for your safety.
Please keep food confined to the pavilion/overhang areas, grassy areas, and at
tables and chairs away from the pool deck.
