This month, the wine you need to pair with Tye’s dish comes from the fertile and mountainous region
in Northern Israel commonly known as Galilee. Despite, or maybe because of, the rich, abundant and
complex history of the region, it produces wine as beautiful and complex as the Yarden Sauvignon
Blanc. Generally regarded as the highest quality area within the best appellation in Israel, the Galilee
is the coldest region in Israel. Its volcanic soil vineyards rise from 1,300 ft. to 3,900 ft. above sea level!
This produces a wine that blooms with aromas of guava, passion fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. A small
percentage of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, adding enough complexity and volume to the
wine to make it supple and medium in body. This wine
is ready to drink now or within a couple of years of
vintage, making this the perfect time to enjoy it
with Tye’s pasta and oven backed black pompano.
The flinty minerality and sharp acidity will make
your dish pop and your palate delight in deliciousness.

HUMAN
VALUES FEST
Sharing Love, Goodness, and Service with All
We know there are many Avery Ranch families
who have students enrolled at Sapientia/Cedar
Park Montessori and we’d like to shine the
spotlight on a very special event the schools
partnered with! On April 6, the 2019 Community
Human Values Festival took place featuring
Emmy-award winning inspirational speaker, Mrs.
Faith Rivera, and legendary bass player and Gold
and Platinum R&B musician, Mr. Eddie Watkins.
First launched in 2017, the Human
Values Fest celebrates the five universal
human values inherent in all of us: Love,
Truth, Right Action, Peace, and Non-Violence. It aims at expanding positivity,
noble human qualities, sound character, and the practice selfless service in
our communities. The festival is hosted
by the Institute of Sathya Sai Education –
