Association CEO outlook
The outlook among association CEOs for the coming 12 months is marked
by a strong sense of optimism and a focus on seizing opportunities,
despite recognising the challenges that lie ahead.
Overall, over nine in ten Australian and New Zealand CEOs
are optimistic about their association over the next 12
months. Only 5% express any pessimism, while 4% are
neutral about their expectations.
Association CEOs anticipate membership growth and
increased member engagement by exploring new markets
and leveraging strategic partnerships, as well as
capitalising on technological advancements like AI-driven
tools and CRM systems. Additionally, many associations
plan to introduce new training programs and microcredentials to support member development.
