INGREDIENTS
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
3 oranges, peeled and separated
2 large bananas, peeled and sliced
1 pear, cut into chunks
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine all fruits.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and lemon juice.
3. Drizzle mixture over fruit and toss until coated.
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
