English Muffin Breakfast Pizza
Serves: 12 / Prep Time: 10 mins / Total Time: 20 mins
These english muffin breakfast pizzas are so quick and easy to make, you'll want to make
these over and over again!

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2. Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking
3. Spoon some of the pizza sauce onto each one.
4. Top with mozzarella cheese and diced vegetables.
5. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the
cheese is melted and browned on the edges.

6 whole wheat english
muffins, split
1/2 cup canned pizza
sauce - no added
2 cups shredded
mozzarella cheese
1 cup diced assorted
vegetables, fresh or
frozen (thawed)
